HCTC LLC CPE Policies
Record Retention Policy - In accordance with Standard No. 24, the following documentation shall be maintained in electronic format by HTCT LLC for a period not less than 5 years:
- Records of participation
- Dates of program offerings
- Author/Instructor/Developer Credentials
- Reviewer name(s) and Credentials
- Number of CPE credits earned by participants
- Results of program evaluation
- Program descriptive materials (course announcement information)
HTCT LLC Refund Policy - Requests for a refund must be made prior to accessing the online course. Once the course is accessed by the student, refunds will be paid only if HTCT LLC has been promptly notified of the material defect or technical problem and it has not been rectified within 48 hours of such notification. HTCT LLC Program Cancellation Policy - Requests to cancel the purchase of the course and receive a refund must be made prior to accessing the online course. HTCT LLC Complaint Resolution Policy - HTCT LLC will make every effort to provide the best cybersecurity leadership training possible. In the event a user is not completely satisfied with the course and wishes to file a complaint, please contact Pete Cordero at [email protected]
Course Update Policy - In accordance with Standard No. 4, course materials will contain the most recent publication, revision, or review date. The course will be revised as soon as feasible following changes to relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. All learning content will be developed by individuals having expertise in the subject matter. This course will be reviewed by a subject matter expert at least once a year.
